This lovely cottage is situated in a quiet residential area close to the centre of the Georgian market town of Louth. With lovely views of the famous church spire in the centre of town and only a short walk to the many good restaurants, shops and traditional pubs that the town is well known for, it’s a great location for a relaxing break. As a touring base, the east coast with its sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts is 30 minutes’ drive away. Cadwell Park Race Circuit is 5 miles.
Louth is on the eastern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers fabulous walks, cycle routes and many good village tea rooms and pubs for refreshment as you explore the lovely countryside. A short walk from your cottage is Hubbards Hills, an area unique to Louth where you can enjoy a stroll alongside the River Lud before returning to one of the town’s traditional pubs for refreshment afterwards. There are two 18-hole golf courses to enjoy, as well as a leisure centre and good coarse fishing lakes in the area. Shop, delicatessen, pubs and restaurants 250 yards.

We had a good time. Nicely placed cottage. Parking OK. Beds comfortable. Only downsides were that the shower was pretty weak and the sofa wasn't particularly comfortable. But we would still think about booking it again.

Cooper's Cottage is an excellent place to stay having everything you could need for a long break. Plenty of space for us and our six year old with a small private garden, modern TV, quick Wi-Fi and off street parking. The location is quiet with a short walk into the town centre with shops, cafés, bars and some great restaurants. There's also a little park at the bottom of the road which our little boy loved. Thank you for a great stay!
