Each unit has a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a fireplace, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer.  A microwave and kettle are also provided. 

Skegness Butlins is 3. 4 miles from the resort village, while Skegness Pier is 4. 5 miles away. 

Beautiful Willerby Vogue. Sleeps 6 with a king size master with en suite toilet, a twin room and a sofa bed in living room. This caravan has central heating and double glazing and also a log effect fireplace in the living room. It comes fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron. There is a dining table and chairs and a shower room with large shower. Beach towels are available for your use and all bedding is provided. There is a travel cot with bedding and a high chair on request. There are books and games for your use. Tea towels are provided. Outside there is a gated veranda with chairs.

There is a fishing lake on site and another one just outside the site. There is a pub on site.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Outside the gates to the site is Woodys bar and restaurant where you can get a nice meal, and also watch sports on the many screens inside, there is also a play area for children. Fantasy Island is a 15 minute walk away. There are many arcades and shops within the vacinity and there is a trampoline park. There is also a very good bus route with stops just outside the gate.
