Renovated in 2019, Bray Holiday Cottages (refs UK11795, UK11796 and UK32116), are all superb, detached barn conversions nestled in a quiet Lincolnshire Wolds village. Each has its own private hot tub, where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Soft towelling robes and slippers are provided. Whether you are looking to get away from it all or looking for a great touring base, these properties are the ideal location. Here you can explore the east coast, lovely beaches, the Lincolnshire Wolds and the market towns of Louth and Horncastle, famous for their many antiques and collectables shops.Lincoln, with its famous cathedral and castle is about 35 minutes’ drive away with the traditional seaside resort of Skegness about 30 minutes’ drive. There are great walks and cycle routes straight from the door with plenty of pubs and cafés on your route where you can enjoy a cooling drink or delicious meal. Beach 21 miles. Shop 3½ miles, pub, and restaurant 2 miles. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 9 guests.

What a fabulous place to stay; one of the best we have stayed in. Peaceful and tranquil setting, beautifully clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. A nice touch having a Netflix subscription in place so watching movies etc. After cycling in windy and some very wet weather the superb hot tub and equally superb shower were a godsend. Thank you also to the Yellowbelly Kitchen who at short notice sorted us a fantastic evening meal when the weather scuppered our plans. We wont hesitate to come here again.

The Chicken Coop is spacious and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The location is peaceful and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and local attractions (as long as you have a car!) The hot tub is well maintained and was regularly checked throughout our stay. Definitely a great choice.

Fantastic holiday lodge, with great facilities.Only downside was the bed being very hard, and the pillows being too stiff for my neck.Very clean, the hot tub was amazing. The hosts were un-noticeable when cleaning the hot tub each morning. Would highly recommend for a weekend away. Beautiful area!!
