Renovated in 2019, Bray Holiday Cottages (refs UK11795, UK11796 and UK32116), are all superb, detached barn conversions nestled in a quiet Lincolnshire Wolds village. Each has its own private hot tub, where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Soft towelling robes, slippers and complimentary toiletries are provided. Whether you are looking to get away from it all or looking for a great touring base, these properties are the ideal location. Here you can explore the east coast, lovely beaches, the Lincolnshire Wolds and the market towns of Louth and Horncastle, famous for their many antiques and collectables shops.
Lincoln, with its famous cathedral and castle is about 35 minutes’ drive away with the traditional seaside resort of Skegness about 30 minutes’ drive. There are great walks and cycle routes straight from the door with plenty of pubs and cafés on your route where you can enjoy a cooling drink or delicious meal. Beach 21 miles. Shop 3½ miles, pub, and restaurant 2 miles. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 9 guests.

Was a beautiful clean place for me and my partner to stay for the weekend. Bed was so comfy and the hothub was such a treat which we definitely made the most of. Kitchen appliances were fab as well as the little treats left for us on our arrival. Monopoly was a nice touch, WiFi and service was brilliant in the location too, the heating and shower were lovely. Host was friendly over the phone and very quiet doing the hot tub checks in the morning as he said. Only negatives were the 5pm check in which we felt was a little bit late for the price but was easy to check in. Driving is a must as the village is very quiet and remote, in winter it is not very well lit but that made privacy and the peacefulnes great. Would definitely stay again, it went so fast.

This is a really lovely mini retreat. Very clean and tidy when we arrived. The guide book was extremely helpful/clear. Located within a quiet area so no disturbances. Hot tub is accesible 24/7 (as long as noise levels are quiet are 10pm) which was great.
