Please note: There are 2 steps in the grounds, and a lake within the grounds.. Just ten minutes away is the historic market town of Louth, often described as the ‘Capital of the Wolds’. With its Georgian streets, independent shops, artisan bakeries, and character-filled pubs, Louth is a must-visit during your stay. The town also hosts regular markets and is home to St James’ Church, known for its soaring spire and impressive architecture.
To the west lies the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty filled with peaceful walking trails, rolling hills, and unspoilt views. Explore picturesque villages like Tealby, Somersby, and Binbrook, or take a scenic drive through winding lanes and open farmland. The perfect place to stay if you want peace and quiet. We had an amazing 3 nights here, I did not want to leave! The hot tub was heavenly in the evening, as the sun came down. The host was lovely and helpful and left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for our arrival. The decor was lovely, the towels and blankets were fluffy, the bed was super comfy and the shower was great. Only negative comment is there were no drawers in the bedroom, so we lived out of our suitcase.I will be back!
