If you like peace and solitude this is the place. Jan and Rick are very amenable and nothing is too much trouble- just ask; they are only next door. Bed could be a bit more comfortable but apart from that you'll have a good stay. Reason my comment about local amenities is average is simply because you'll be about 5 miles away from anywhere except the local village of Stickney!
