Please note: Couple and family bookings only.. All properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views. These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness. They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local rspb reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

We have stayed at these Lodges a few times whilst visiting family in the area and love it here. The Lodge is spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The Lodge is very cosy and warm and situated on a relatively small, quiet and well maintained site. There is a good shop and fish and chip shop in the village of Old Leake and the Bricklayers Arms is a lovely pub closeby that serves good food. Hope to go again soon.

It was a great place to stay and explore the local coast and visit the Wolds. It was solid, warm and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly when we had a difficulty. The lodge was much bigger than we expected and the kitchen and living area excellent. Every thing worked well. The only suggestion is to consider a new mattress or a topper as there were a few springs.But, overall, very happy.

Had a fantastic week. The cabin is so well equipped and maintained. A real home from home. Fishing was also excellent and we were lakeside every day.
