Not a problem for some but it would have been helpful to know. Refuse was a problem Refuse bin was overflowing when we arrived and obviously hadn't been emptied for weeks .We put out recycling bin and refuse in hope it would be emptied but in the end we left bin by entrance and put our domestic refuse in alternative bin .We did email owner but no response. Property was spacious and comfortable but several minor repairs needed Kitchen cupboard door off hinges as an example. Kitchen grill and bin both needed cleaning on arrival .
