Located in the sought after area of Greenhill this ground floor property offers a touch of luxury; from its modern bathrooms to the granite work topped kitchen everything inside oozes quality. A pleasant ten minute stroll along the seafront takes you into Weymouth town centre, with all the facilities it has to offer to all ages. The apartment is perfectly placed for morning ambles along the beach or perhaps even a bracing swim! A lazy walk home from dinner in one of the many restaurants around the harbour makes for a perfect day. The nearby Greenhill gardens offer a haven of peace in which to sit and watch the sea and perhaps partake in a cream tea or ice cream! Weymouth is an ideal location from which to tour the whole south coast of Dorset, from Swanage to Lyme Regis exploring the whole World Heritage Status coastline and picture postcard villages along the way.
Accommodation: Ground floor (two steps up to): Large Entrance Hall. Large lounge. Large kitchen/diner. Bedroom 1, kingsize double bed with en-suite bathroom, rinse attachment, hand basin and toilet. Shower room with hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 2, twin single beds. The apartment is located near to the main esplanade road however the master bedroom is located at the rear of the building away from it.
