It was quiet and relaxing with great views over the countryside. The facilities were excellent and we wanted for nothing. The beds were a revelation in their comfort and I am seeking similar mattresses for home. The owners were very accomdating keen to ensure our stay was all ok. I cannot finish without mentioning a small spotty horse who gave us alot of laughter with his mischievous escapades.

It was bigger than we expected and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The owners were so friendly and helpful and let us walk round the farm to see all their animals. Itâs a wonderful place and I am very jealous. Obviously there will be animal noises and Suellen let us know on arrival that her dogs will bark when she puts them out of an evening. Just what you would expect in a rural setting. The accommodation was a great base for exploring Dorset, Somerset and Devon, which we did, and came home exhausted as the weather was scorching the week we were there, and came back to this wonderful place. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a rural retreat.

It was pleasant to see the ponies and ducks and guinea fowl in the field outside. The owners were friendly but we didn't see them often. I would definitely recommend this property.
