Gorgeous house and perfect for a winter break. The location is great with easy access to the costal path. The house is well equipped, very comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. We used the annex as well as and it worked as the perfect hideaway for a teenager. Nice touch to have a Christmas tree and there was an amazing hamper of goodies to greet us on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Beeston View is a lovely holiday home that ticked all our boxes. Accommodation is of a high standard, spacious lounge with additional seating area. Lovely welcoming hamper and bubbly which we much appreciated. Nice to have additional ensuite bedroom annex. Good to be able to walk out of back garden onto the coastal path into Sheringham. We so hope to be back with our family.
