A bit of attention and you could make this property a 5 star property. We enjoyed our time at the cottage but the weather was awful and really spoiled our break, looking at the price we paid and the fact it is a 6 day stay due to the arrival time of after4pm I feel better value would be to travel abroad. The entry to the property was disappointing due to the vegetation by the front door, and the kettle was ready for replacing due to its condition inside. Regards.

The cottage was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was in a perfect location for access to Holt and for visiting sightseeing places around North Norfolk. The house offered everything we needed as a family with a lovely garden too. The bedrooms are both good sizes with comfy beds. The house was really well equipped which made life really easy with two young children in tow. I only have two comments, one is the balustrade on the stairs which has large gaps which if I had a toddler I would have been very concerned about. Absolutely fine for my 5 year old and 3 month old to stay well away from but for a child between 1-4 years old it wouldn't be safe. There is also a very small step into the kitchen from the dining room - absolutely fine once we knew it was there but we all tripped over it the first time! Maybe just a white line would highlight it! Overall a great holiday home and we would definitely recommend it.
