A light, stylish and modern bungalow set in a peaceful location on the edge of the town with stunning views of Ballard Down and over to the Isle of Wight.  From this newly furbished, attractive base you are very close to joining the coastal path to take you in different directions to enjoy the rugged Jurassic scenery, or taking the shortcuts along the paths to the town and beach.  This property offers flexible sleeping arrangements with single beds being able to put together to use as doubles. 

 

3 Bedrooms 3 twin bedrooms (all can be used as doubles - please advise when booking).  One hair dryer is provided.

Separate W.C with additional thermostatic shower.

Family bathroom full suite with thermostatic shower over bath.

Open plan Kitchen / Living Area / Dining Room Gas hob and double electric oven, separate full size fridge and freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave, dishwasher. Dining room to seat 6-8. Living area comfortably furnished with TV and DVD player.  The living area benefits from a double sofa bed.

 

Patio doors which open onto large patio area with garden seating and sea views.  South facing garden backs onto Priests Way so ideal for walkers and cyclists.  Shed for bicycles if required.

Private parking for two cars on sloping driveway and unrestricted roadside parking.

Fuel gas central heating.

Linen and towels provided at an extra charge (£7 per person for linen and £6 per set of towels).
