In total, about 5 acres of land to wander: track to stream, meadow to pond (your risk), a wonderful place to count dragonflies!

Door from shared courtyard to boot room/lobby with small cloakroom (loo, washing machine), ideal for wet coats and dogs. From the kitchen, stairs (bottom stairgate) up to two bedrooms – a very pretty and spacious double with beams and rural views from Velux windows, and a small twin (truckle) with limited clothes-hanging space; exceptionally smart bathroom (suite plus hand-shower and separate shower). Best for maximum of 3. Pub, 1½ miles. A very charming and accessible base; perfect for walkers.
