Walks from the door within 12 acres of the owners’ adjoining woodland - owls, buzzards, deer often spotted; bridlepath to natural conservation area at shallow end of the lake (around 1 mile) and on to Germansweek.
On the ground floor, hall (for coats/boots) and three bedrooms – a double (5’ bed, TV) with en suite shower-room (suite), a neat twin (TV), and a twin (truckle, limited clothes-hanging space); bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Stairs (stairgate) up to open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, TV/DVD) with door to exterior steps down to patio (table/chairs, barbecue, covered bicycle store). Slate floors (rugs) throughout. Tumble drier in owners’ garage. Best for maximum of 5 adults. A lovely, peaceful, yet easily accessible spot, great for walkers and those with wildlife, watersports and outdoor interests.
