Sporting facilities include the Royal North Devon Golf Club, tennis courts and indoor bowling. If you would like a change of scene, there is so much more to explore within easy driving distance including the pretty fishing village of Appledore, the picturesque coastal village of Clovelly and the historic Elizabethan port town of Bideford.

• Beds: 1 Super king with zip and link beds that can be converted to twins on request (with ensuite shower room with WC and basin), 2 Twin bedrooms that can be converted to Superking beds on request and a bedroom with King-size bed.

• Rooms: Ground floor 2 bedrooms, a family shower room with WC and basin and a utility room with washing machine, spin dryer, tumble dryer, sink and fridge. First floor Open plan living/dining room and kitchen. Second floor Super king bedroom. Third floor with snug, Xbox games console and twin bedroom

• Kitchen & utilities: 5 ring gas hob, electric fan oven microwave, dishwasher, large American style fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice maker together with an additional fridge

• Entertainment: 65” Smart TV with BT TV, BT Sports HD and Netflix. Alexa with Amazon music.All bedrooms have 32” smart TV’s with DVD

• Outside: Rear fully enclosed patio with partly covered Hot Tub, outdoor cold shower, Gas BBQ and storage for cycles and surf boards

• Parking: Off road parking for 2/3 cars, (dependant on size)

• General: No Smoking, Bed linen and towels (2 per person) provided. WiFi provided. Wood burner. 2 travel cots, 1 highchair, 4 bed guards and 4 stair gates available.

• Pets: 2 pets accepted

• Notes: 9 external steps up to property and steps down to patio. Telephone for local and emergency calls only. Please note that on your arrival day the hot tub may take time to get back to operating temperature due to the draining down and refilling process.
