The Royal North Devon golf course is the oldest in England, making Westward Ho! a great weekend golfing destination. Travel a couple of miles to the fishing village of Appledore, with its rich maritime history, quaint streets and quayside lined with gorgeous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants.

The living room has wonderful panoramic views across Bideford Bay. Relax on comfortable furniture seating 8 and enjoy use of a 42” Smart internet flatscreen TV. There are some great entertainment features to keep the children occupied including a piano, inclusive WiFi internet access, Wii games console and games, iPod dock, digital Freeview TV, toy box, books, games, and a DVD and CD selection. On cooler evenings cosy up next to the gas fireplace.

The bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen also boasts lovely sea views! Cooking will be a pleasure on the 8-ring gas hob with double oven and grill. Other appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a good selection of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery (including children’s).

The kitchen also contains a dining area seating 8 people (high chair provided), and a 22” flatscreen computer connected to the internet.

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with additional z-bed, sleeping 3 people in total.

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with en suite shower room

Bedroom 4: Truckle bed (single bed with another pull-out single bed beneath).

Bedroom 5: Single bed with panoramic views over Bideford Bay.

Please request bed linen for the two additional beds if required.

A travel cot is provided.

Bathroom 1: Lovely fully tiled family bathroom with a large jacuzzi bath, separate shower enclosure, wash basin and WC. There is also a useful separate WC.

Bathroom 2: Shower room, en suite to Bedroom 3, with shower enclosure and basin.

Enjoy lazy summer days in the sunny garden. With a lawn and a decked area this is a perfect place for BBQs using the gas BBQ provided. Relax on sunloungers or enjoy an al fresco lunch using the table and chairs seating 8 people. Kids will enjoy hours of fun playing on the trampoline and swing set! There is roadside parking for 2 cars directly outside the house and further unlimited roadside parking nearby.
