Sit back in the open plan living space and enjoy the country views that flood the room, or step outside onto your decked terrace to sink into the comfort of your very own bubbling hot tub. Sound blissful? It is. The picnic bench outside means you can gather the family and take your time over lunches in the sun when you’re not enjoying the nearby beaches, and we can’t think of a more idyllic setting to enjoy some quality time together.
On cooler evenings, the wood burner makes for a cosy atmosphere, and the open plan living, kitchen and dining space means you enjoy time as a group whether you’re cooking up a storm or just enjoying the flatscreen TV.
You’ll find Portmile Lodges set just off the A379, an easy drive away from some of South Devon’s most beautiful beaches, so this is a popular resort with those of you after long days with your buckets and spades. Dawlish Warren – just five minutes away by car – is home to a peaceful nature reserve, amusements and family restaurants for that day beside the sea.

I had the most amazing time on my little holiday at Silver Birch lodge where myself and 5 others stayed. It had beautiful views, close to Sainsburys and the lodge itself was perfect. It was easy to book and the staff at Blue Chip holidays were very helpful and made sure everything was correct.
