Two steps down from hall (5’5” lintel) into living room with TV/DVD, lovely old beams (5’10”), pretty views to garden and huge inglenook (open fire). From hall, steep stairs up to three bedrooms – 2 steps down (5'10" lintel) to surprisingly large double (5’ bed, TV/DVD), another double with en suite bathroom (suite), and a twin; bathroom (suite with separate shower). Golf, 1½ miles. A lovely cottage in a beautiful spot with good walking from the doorstep.
