There’s a quaint feel to Anchor Cottage that’s in keeping with the friendly village of Strete, and the pretty patio to the front of the cottage is lined with colourful flowers that make you feel at home before you’ve even stepped inside. Perched on the South West Coast Path, Strete’s a quintessential English village, and its home to The Laughing Monk restaurant, local shops, and a traditional village green - perfect for those picnics.
