Perched in a magnificent clifftop setting with breathtaking views and overlooking the spectacular South Devon coastline. This family run holiday park provides a peaceful and tranquil holiday at any time of the year and occupies 20 acres of unspoiled Devon countryside, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Leonards Cove has a convenience shop along with a newly refurbished restaurant and bar, serving fresh and locally sourced food.
The blue flag beach at Blackpool Sands, one of Devon’s most famous and unspoiled coves, is just half a mile away and offers swimming, watersports, fishing and fun family activities.

Very clean and good facilities in the kitchen. The hot tub was private just of the back bedrooms. Can see the sea from the lounge window. Would say tho not a lot to do for young families but there is a lovely beach nearby Blackpool Sands and short drive to some beautiful villages. The village pub (The Green Dragon) was really nice and did some lovely meals.

There seemed to be a lot of cobwebs which you could tell had been there a long time. I know that due to COVID focus is probably more on making sure that it is virus free, but as we cannot check in until 4 now, surely the basics can also be tackled.
