About this property

A smartly presented, newly refurbished semi detached house, with a warm and contemporary atmosphere, centrally located in the bustling village of Salcombe. You will feel at home immediately upon entering the spacious hallway and into the lovely, cosy sitting room, with two sofas, a TV and wooden flooring. You will look forward to coming home and relaxing there through the evening. There is an elegant downstairs bathroom, with modern walk-in shower, and through the hallway is a gorgeous open plan kitchen, dining area and further living space with seating areas and patio doors leading to a lovely patio area. The kitchen is spacious and contemporary with all the amenities you could possibly need. Up to the first floor, you will find a lovely king size bedroom with comfy king size bed and character features. Two further twin bedrooms, one with full size bunk beds add to the formation; this is a great setting for children to stay with flexible accommodation. A spacious and modern family bathroom completes the layout, with bath and powerful shower over. Once you have relaxed indoors, why not step into the enclosed garden, or read a book on the delightful patio area. For those warm evenings, you can gather round the barbecue with the whole family.

The village of Salcombe is located at the most southerly point of Devon,

and is surrounded by stunning coastal scenery and beautiful beaches. It is easy to understand why Salcombe, with its variety of watersports on offer, not to mention fantastic shopping and dining, is one of the most sought after and desirable holiday destinations in the UK. Nearby are the sheltered coves of both North and South Sands, and a must do, is to walk the 10 mins to the ferry which takes you to East Portlemouth where beautiful beaches at Mill Bay look directly back over to Salcombe. This is a fantastic, and highly rated holiday home offering excellent modern accommodation in a superb location at any time of year.

Salcombe is ideal for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are two beaches resting nearby, North Sands and South Sands, where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. A collection of restaurants, pubs and cafés are well worth a visit. For a more adventurous day, why not try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip.
