The light and spacious lounge offers two comfortable sofa, occasional furniture and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining conservatory, with additional seating leads to a private garden perfect for outdoor dining.

This three bedroom apartment offers a master bedroom with a super-King size bed, wardrobe and en suite with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a King-size bed that can be made into twin beds if required. The third bedroom has bunk beds, plus a TV. In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom.

A spacious, private area of garden is available to the side of the apartment, with a lawn and some mature trees and shrubs. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.

Off road parking for 2-3 cars is provided, which can be accessed from the rear of the garden.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
