Stairs (stairgate, 5’10” lintel) up to snug living room (TV/DVD) with corner sofa; double bedroom; loo; steps (4) up to two more bedrooms – a twin, through which a small single, both with doors to the back garden. Smart bathroom (suite with 4’6” bath, shower over bath). A cosy cottage in a handy spot for pubs, walking and river activities.
