Overview

This lovely Mews style house is situated in the very pretty village of Marldon but has the added benefit of only being a short drive of just a few minutes to the beaches and attractions at the family seaside resort of Paignton. The village itself boasts a fantastic traditional food pub within walking distance plus another just a 2-minute drive away as well as local shops for everyday needs. The house offers three lovely bedrooms and has recently refurbished and now benefits from a new modern kitchen and bathroom as well as high quality fittings and furniture. The rear sun trap courtyard garden is a delight, lovely for peaceful relaxation and to enjoy al-fresco dining.

Kitchen -  Pottery Mews has a modern kitchen with a black and cream stylish theme throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped and contains an electric oven with gas hob, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a back door from the kitchen which leads out onto the courtyard which is great for enjoying a morning coffee in or an evening meal.

Living/dining room - The open plan living and dining space has been beautifully decorated and offers comfortable and cozy accommodation for all of your holiday guests. There is comfortable seating with a Freeview TV and DVD player. There is also an electric fire which is perfect for those colder evenings in the winter. The dining area is located towards the opposite end and contains a wooden dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms - All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and again have been tastefully decorated making your stay enjoyable. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and also contains a TV which is great for relaxing in the morning and enjoying a cup of tea before a busy day of exploring South Devon. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and has a subtle nautical theme running throughout. This room also has a TV creating a peaceful haven for teenagers or couples/friends. The final bedroom is great for children and contains a single child bed which is suitable for up to 12 years only.

Bathroom -The bathroom is located on the first floor and contains a bath with shower over, WC and basin. The bathroom has been decorated with a nautical blue and white coastal theme.

Outside -  Pottery Mews has a delightful rear courtyard garden there is a table and chairs for you to enjoy and this spot is a perfect little sun trap for you to enjoy the South Devon sunshine whilst reading a book.
