Slate-floored entrance lobby (armchair); sizeable living room (TV/DVD/Blu-ray, iPod dock) with inglenook fireplace (open fire) and arch (step up) to attractive dining room with doors to patio. Ground-floor shower-room (suite). Lovely cottage-style kitchen/breakfast room (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oil-fired range cooker, electric oven with induction hob, larder fridge) with granite worktops, antique pine table/chairs and stable doors to drive (tall gates to road) and garden; outside utility room (tumble drier, freezer, sink). Door from living room (5’10” lintel) to original spiral stone staircase (central upright grabrail) up to three large bedrooms – two double (6’ beds), and a pretty twin. Bathroom (suite with separate shower). Arrival after 4pm. Welcoming, comfortable, full of character in a great spot for village, pub and beach.
