The living and dining room area is open plan, and is comfortably spacious enjoying a dining table that seats six, two large sofas, TV/DVD unit and patio doors leading to the large outdoor patio.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, ample clothes storage in the fitted wardrobe, TV and en suite bathroom with a combined bath/power shower. The second and third bedrooms are both twin rooms, with sufficient storage and single beds. There is an additional, spacious family bathroom, with separate bath, shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Guests can enjoy use of the communal patio area with barbecue facility and sun deck, and exclusive use of the outdoor heated swimming pool. There is one allocated parking space.

The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
