Double glazed doors into open-plan living/dining/smart fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, cooker with induction hob) with laminate floor, huge windows looking over the garden and cosy seating area with woodburner, leather sofas and TV/DVD. Two bedrooms – a double with en suite shower-room (suite) and glazed doors to the verandah, and a twin. Bathroom (suite). An unusual, stylish holiday home in a peaceful setting, yet close to good roads around Devon.
