Kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric range-style oven, gas hob) with sunroom (TV) to one end and French windows to garden. Utility room (washing machine) with shower and loo. Upstairs, three bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with en suite shower-room (suite), another double (5’ bed), and a room with double and single bed. Bathroom (suite with separate shower). Exclusive use of beach hut at Broadsands beach (1½ miles from house). A happy place to stay at any time of year with lots to explore from the doorstep.
