Take an evening stroll past the many pretty thatched properties of this friendly village or across the lovely surrounding countryside. Alternatively make the short drive to the locally renowned pub in the nearby village of Frogmore or enjoy the freshly baked goodies from the village's shop/take away. The long sweep of Slapton Sands and the popular coastal village of Torcross are only 4.5 miles away or perhaps enjoy one of the many waterside walks along the nearby Kingsbridge / Salcombe Estuary.

Accommodation:

Three steps from the parking area up to front door which opens into the lovely beamed lounge / dining room. Lounge area with large picture window seat overlooking the garden seating area, feature fireplace with wood stove, sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV with Sky Freeview channels, DVD player. Dining area with beautiful bespoke made dining table to comfortably seat 6. Door and two steps lead down into kitchen. Kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Two steps lead up to secondary kitchen area with large fridge, microwave, separate freezer and serving hatch doors to dining area. First floor: Bedroom 1 with 5ft bed and built-in cupboards. Bedroom 2 with two 3ft single beds and built-in cupboards. Bedroom 3 with 2ft 6ins single bed. Modern wet room style shower room with superb spacious shower area with thermostatic shower, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

Sunny south facing paved seating area with table and chairs – perfect for alfresco dining. Small pond with wire cover (small children will need parent supervision). The garden extends to provide a private sloping grassed garden bordered by shrubs and hedges, and with colourful flower beds, two benches, loungers and second garden table. Rear access to neighbouring cottage. Please Note that the garden isn't totally dog proof, so guests should accompany their pets when outside.
