… right on the seafront in Combe Martin, a handsome, semi-detached Victorian house on three levels with lofty spaciousness and big bay windows, the better to enjoy its terrific sea views to Wales. It has recently been refurbished and made lovely. At the front, a few steps up to a small terrace facing out to sea and, at the back, 10 steps up to a terrace (table/chairs) with gate/steps to parking area.
Living room with wood floor, pewter fireplace (open fire), TV/Sky/DVD, iPod dock and those views; big kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric range-style cooker/gas hob) with original tiled floor; utility area (washing machine, tumble drier) with door to back terrace. From hall, stairs up to four bedrooms on two levels, all with TV – a capacious double (6’ bed) with sofa, door to balcony (table/chairs) and fantastic sea view, and room with 3' bunks (hooks for clothes-hanging); shower-room (suite); a few more steps up to a twin (hooks for clothes-hanging), and another double; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Not suitable for people with limited mobility. A great family house in a brilliant position for beach, shops, pubs and the Coast Path.

"Fantastic location, looking straight out at caves and waves. Combe Martin is a very friendly place with excellent fish and chip shop up the road, a nice little pair of beaches, with rock pools for crabbing, and walks along the coast right from the door."
