There are five bedrooms on the first floor offering some delightful views across Braunton to the expanse of sand dunes at Braunton Burrows and the Taw estuary beyond. The house is surrounded by enclosed gardens ideal for childrens play and relaxation with garden furniture for enjoying  those alfresco dining opportunities.  All the amenities of Braunton are within walking distance with a wonderful choice of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.  This is a perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday but the area also offers wonderful opportunites for exploring the surrounding countryside, walking or cycling along The Tarka Trail that runs through the village or enjoying the character of picturesque villages, spectacular coastal scenery and the uniqueness of small market towns .

Utility room with washer/dryer, freezer, microwave and sink. Cloakroom with WC and basin.  First Floor: Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin.
