Arrangements for access were very clear. A lovely property. A nice touch to leave ‘bubbles’ and chocolates for our New Year stay. Town Farm Cottage is a good base for cycling (Tarka Trail) and walking the coast path.

Well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Also a real treat to have clean bed linen and towels half way through our two week stay. Welcome goodies both thoughtful and generous. Very helpful to be able to store bike and bike rack in the garage.
