This lovely cottage has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people, an additional sofa bed, a cosy fire, original character features, inclusive WiFi internet access, and a fully enclosed garden with BBQ area and seating for warm summer evenings.

The living room, adjacent to the kitchen/dining room, contains a large comfy sofa (sofa bed), and two armchairs. The cosy gas fire will keep you warm and cosy on cooler evenings. Home entertainment includes a large flatscreen TV and entertainment unit including a DVD/CD player, Freeview, XBox games console and games, as well as an iPod Docking Station, inclusive WiFi internet access, books, games and selection of DVDs. This lovely room is complimented by an original beamed ceiling.

The modern kitchen retains a country cottage charm. It comes complete with all essential modern amenities including; large american style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as a good supply of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

There is a solid pine dining table in the kitchen seating 6 people, and a high chair is provided.

3 bedrooms sleep 6 people, and 2 additional people can sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge if required.

Bedroom 1: Ground floor double bedroom. An elegant, boutique hotel-style bedroom with wall mounted flatscreen TV, hand picked furniture, and access into the garden.

Bedroom 2: Ground floor double bedroom, tastefully decorated, with a wall mounted flatscreen TV.

Bedroom 3: Cosy upstairs double bedroom.

A travel cot is provided.

There is a contemporary family bathroom with hand basin, WC, bath with shower overhead and a chrome heated towel rail. A velux window floods this room with daylight.

To the rear of the property is some decking and steps leading up to a long enclosed lawned garden, at the end of which is a garden room, storing a table, chairs, parasol and a charcoal BBQ. There is parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property.
