The cottage comes set with an enclosed courtyard to the rear, sit out on the warmer days and be refreshed by the country air whilst taking in the views. The village of Oakford is tranquil and remote, with pleasant panoramic views. Devon is brimming with spectacular places, just north of Oakford is the breathtaking Exmoor National Park which is a must-see whilst you are so close to it. If you fancy something different to countryside, the bustling city of Exeter is also within driving distance and offers a great range of shops and restaurants. The Old Dairy Holiday Cottage is a pleasant stay in a scenic location.
Oakford is a base to explore this county. The village offers a pub and the St. Peter Oakford church, boasting a 11th century tower. Oakford is surrounded by places worth visiting. Tiverton is just 10 miles away where you can find a range of amenities. Exeter is around 25 miles away and has a range of shops and restaurants. The Exmoor National Park is also a short drive away and it a must-see whilst in the area.

The clear night skies are amazing. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Great area from which to explore Devon in general. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone seeking peace, quiet and comfort.

Everything one could need is provided and the cottage is comfortable and very clean. It is ideally situated for Exmoor and the north Devon and Somerset coast, and all the amenities that Tiverton provides. The hosts were lovely: very welcoming and friendly. I cannot recommend the Old Dairy enough.

The cottage itself is a home from home, fully equipped with everything you need to make your holiday perfect. The farm is lovely and quiet but well situated to use as a base for visiting various attractions. We would thoroughly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.
