Site Description
These lodges are wonderfully set in the heart of the Devon countryside with an abundance of wildlife. Each lodge has either a lakeside or hill top setting. Perfect for a relaxing romantic break, complete with hot tubs and nestling amidst rolling hills and lakes, this scenic retreat will suit couples, nature lovers and families in search of serenity.
Coarse fishing is available (free of charge).
Please note: The park provides hire travel cots, not wooden cots, bedding for these cots is not provided.

It was pretty expensive for 3 nights but wouldn’t have worked out too badly if we’d had a full lodge of people. It would have been nice to have a log fire which our lodge didn’t and the hot tub didn’t really get to anything better than tepid but everything else was great

The lodge is really nice and the facilities are great. It is a dog friendly lodge so therefore the sofa's are a little worse for wear which is understandable, but a bit annoying when the cushions keep falling off as they have got so misshapen. The oven seemed to take a while to cook but it looked as though the seal was a little loose as the door didn't look like it closed properly. I think we had an issue with our central heating as we could either have it on or off. Missing hooks in the bathrooms & bedrooms for towels and bathrobes but its not a major issue. The beds are really comfortable. Considering how noisy the local geese & ducks get, the lodge is surprisingly sound proof.
