From shared gravelled forecourt, front door to high-ceilinged hall; smart fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer) with table/chairs; utility room (tumble drier); shower-room (suite); at the back, large dining room (table/chairs, sofa, TV) to a conservatory, from which doors to the garden, pool and hot tub. On the first floor, large living room (TV/Sky/DVD) with garden views; relaxing spa-like bathroom (suite with slipper bath plus hand-shower); a few steps up to study (desk, sofa, chess table) and two bedrooms – a double, and a pretty twin (truckle); a few more steps up to the roomy master double (TV, some sloping ceilings) with smart en suite bathroom (suite, shower over bath plus hand-shower). All well done and good quality throughout, a great place to stay any time of year.
