Groom’s Cottage, Gardener’s Cottage and Barley House each have a gravelled terrace (table/seating) at the front, made private with attractive planting and pleached trees. Loading/unloading outside the cottages; shared parking area, just beyond (10 to 30 yards). An outstanding location; much thought has gone into making these superb places individual, stylish and comfortable.

Groom’s Cottage (see arrow 1) is end-of-row. Path over gravelled terrace to step up to front door to small porch; open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge, induction hob/electric oven), light and airy with high ceiling, TV/DVD/Blu-ray, wireless speaker and glazed doors on two sides to front/side terrace. Smart double bedroom (5’ bed), also with ceiling-high glazed door; shower-room (wet-room suite); open tread oak stairs (22” wide) up to open mezzanine level with single day bed and half-height glazed panel above living area. No children under 12 due to mezzanine. Bright and airy with convenient ground-floor bedroom.
