Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a modest seating area where you can sip on your morning coffee and contemplate how to best spend your day. The property is adjacent to Stable Cottage, making it a perfect opportunity to bring the whole family together for a week of fun. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the cottage is an ideal base for coastal, countryside and riverside walking. Take a stroll out with the dog before heading into the local area to explore your settings, the centre boasts an array of shops including a butchers perfect for your self-catered holiday, a book store, and even an art gallery to browse, spend an afternoon taking a leisurely stroll in the area before heading to one of the pubs or restaurants for a well-deserved beverage. Close to the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this vast area of heathland and wooded combes is the perfect place to enjoy nature, with either a gentle or strenuous walk and take in the stunning views of Devon, England’s first World Heritage Site. It’s rich in history and wonder as well as offering a variety of activities to get involved in such as kayaking, fishing or explore the area for a true countryside feel. The small town of Colyton is nestled in the Coly Valley in East Devon, three miles from the seaside town of Seaton. The town has many historical buildings, such as St Andrew's Church, as well as a selection of independent shops and a tram station which journeys along the River Axe to Seaton.
