The property benefits from a large sociable kitchen/diner which has French windows leading to the enclosed patio area and garden.  The large first-floor lounge has a wood burning stove, open roof trusses and a Juliet Balcony from where you can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. 

Clover Cottage sits beneath Mallerstang Edge and Wild Boar Fell in the Eden Valley.  This area is known as England's last wilderness. The scenic Carlisle to Settle railway line runs parallel with Mallerstang Edge on the opposite side of the valley and offers regular steam services, you can join the service at Kirkby Stephen which is less than five miles away.

ground floor:

Entrance: Door to hallway, coat and boot storage,

Shower room: Large electric shower, toilet, washbasin.

Kitchen/Diner: Table and chairs, TV with Freeview, chair, breakfast bar, French windows to garden, electric hob, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, solid wood work tops, Krupp's coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: Bunk beds, wardrobe, ceramic tiled floor.

first floor:

Lounge: Feature fireplace with multi fuel stove (welcome pack of fuel provided), TV with Freeview, four large sofas, coffee table, French door to Juliet balcony.  Door to exterior stone steps leading to the garden. Open staircase to second floor.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe with shelves, door to bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Single beds, wardrobe with shelves.

Bathroom: Freestanding roll top bath with hand held shower over, washbasin, toilet. The bathroom is accessed from bedroom 2 and from the corridor between the lounge and bedroom 3.

second floor:

Bedroom 4: Double bed, fitted wardrobe with shelves, washbasin. Exposed beamed roof trusses.

Pets:  Two dogs welcome.

Parking: On the tarmac at the front of the property. Further free parking is available by the green to the rear of the property.

Heating: Multi fuel stove (welcome pack of fuel provided), oil central heating.

Garden/Patio:  Patio area and garden to the rear of the property.

Short Breaks: Short breaks not accepted at peak times.

Notes: Towels are provided. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. No smoking at this property. Mobile phone signal is weak.
