It was a lovely cosy place - so thoughtfully furnished and a generous welcome basket. The Ebrington Arms was amazing - so convenient.

Lynne was the consummate host. Before our arrival she checked in with us advising on a whole array of things, best way there, the amenities in the property and all the best sites to see in the area. She was just leaving when we arrived and it was pleasure to meet her in person. The place was immaculate and well appointed. It has been many years since we holidayed in the Cotswolds. However, after experiencing Harrowby End we will definitely be returning to the area and property in the future. Many thanks Steve & Julie M

The cottage and gardens are beautiful, the furnishings. bedding towels are perfect and the fresh flowers add that finishing touch. From and on arrival the heating didn't work there are no means of listening to a radio no means of playing your own music. the wood burning stove, the only remaining means of heating, is so badly maintained that it is impossible to regulate the amount of wood it consumes and as a consequence we spent £45.00 on logs The wine chiller was non operational the washer drier is a washer, no drier, which would have been an advantage to dry towels. We made no complaints, initially as we could not contact the house keeper, but generally we did not want to jeopardise our holiday by having to sacrifice time to contractors. Finally, after we arrived home, we were contacted by a member of staff with strong suggestions that we had damaged the hob and burnt a pan. which I had noticed being in that burnt condition when we arrived. We were really looking forward to this holiday, as we always do with "Rural Retreats" but unfortunately this experience was not what we are used to
