Set within its own delightful garden, and located high up from the road, this characterful cottage is one of a pair. It has a homely ambience and has feature beams and an open fire set within an inglenook fireplace. The town with its old buildings, interesting shops, inns and restaurants, is within easy walking distance. There are many attractive Cotswold villages to visit in the area, offering historic houses, interesting museums and welcoming pubs. Stratford-upon-Avon 10 miles. Cheltenham 20 miles. Shops ¼ mile.

A perfectly placed chocolate box cottage in desperate need of an interior upgrade. It didn’t feel clean in the bathroom as grouting, surfaces and shower were all grimy. We were told that the fire would be laid when we arrived but when we got there, all there was was a letter torn in half with a couple of logs on top. The bed was small and the bedding smelled stale. We managed to have a good couple of days but in all honesty I couldn’t recommend it to others.
