Holywell is a charming Cotswold stone house built in 1868 which has been lovingly refurbished and is situated within two acres of beautiful land.

Fully restored to its current superb condition 30 years ago, Holywell is beautifully maintained. The windows are double glazed but bespoke to the original design; there are old oak beams throughout the house and a stunning restored oak staircase. The hallway leads to a large, spectacular sitting room which was redecorated in 2021 by a local interior designer with soothing natural tones. Exposed beams and Cotswold stone fill the room with character and warmth and a large open fireplace with wood burning stove is a cosy focal point. In the kitchen, bespoke shaker style units adorns the walls, with refurbished oak floorboards under foot, and a sociable granite island/breakfast bar is the perfect spot for a morning coffee. A useful utility room has plenty of extra storage space for coats and boots and houses a washing machine and dryer for your holiday laundry.

Upstairs, the two first floor bedrooms are beautiful; one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed, both with use of the family bathroom. The second floor has beautiful beams with one double en-suite bedroom and a single bedroom, both with stunning views of the valley.

Outside, the groomed rear garden enjoys a patio area with chiminea and a barbecue, and a path leads to the pasture beyond where a picnic table commands 180 degree views of two valleys.

There is access to a paddock at the rear of the house.

Please be aware of steep drops in the garden. Children must be supervised at all times.

Headroom on the second floor in bedrooms three and four is restricted.
