About 600 yards of bridlepath walk away is the river Ottery where you can fish (by prior arrangement) for brown trout for 2 miles on a stretch of river much praised in the 'Trout and Salmon'.
Inside, light and airy with tiled floors downstairs; good-sized entrance hall; length-of-house living/dining room with woodburner, TV/DVD and French windows to garden; excellent little fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer); shower-room (suite, washer-drier). Stairs up to three bedrooms – a double (5' bed) with lovely long views to Dartmoor, and two twin, with shared wardrobe space on the landing; bathroom (suite) with super view. A quiet, private, superbly relaxing place, near good gardens to visit.
