Whitsand Bay is the perfect spot for guests looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and simply relax and enjoy the finer points of Cornwall. Stroll to Mount Edgecumbe Country House 2 miles away for a Cornish cream tea visit the fishing villages of Cawsand and Kingsand or take the Torpoint Ferry which takes you into the heart of Plymouth and is famed for its Hoe Barbican Marine Aquarium cinemas theatre sports facilities shops and restaurants. In the evenings enjoy a meal in the excellent family pub a short walk away take a stroll around the beautiful lake nearby or grab a quick takeaway also located in the village. This quaint cottage has been refurbished and equipped to a high standard but retaining much of its original charm.
