An accessible 4 bedroom bungalow with own drive and garden. Kingsett is near the North Cornish Coast in the village of New Polzeath.
As you enter the property you will find a small shower room with wc and basin, ideal for those who have just come off the beach. The open plan kitchen /diner has all the usual facilities, plus a beautiful electric AGA. A small counter top oven/hob has also been provided for convenience. The dining area leads through to a conservatory with seating which is ideal for sitting back and relaxing with a book. Patio doors from here lead out onto the enclosed rear garden area. A hallway from the dining area takes you through to a large lounge area and four bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with twin beds and a small single child's bedroom (due to the size of this room wardrobe space is in a cupboard in the hallway). There is also a family bathroom with shower over the bath wc & basin, plus a separate wc with basin. Please contact the office regarding number of pets allowed.
Facilities: Electric AGA and small counter top oven/hob. Cot available but guests must bring their own cot bedding. Oil fired central heating. Electric and oil included. Dogs welcome. Driveway parking for 1-2 cars. No smoking property. Shop 10 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk.
