Situated on a private road and backing onto farm land, Sundowners is a contemporary, stylish new-build and a must for your holiday location shortlist.  The rear facing upstairs bedrooms both have a balcony style window from which you can enjoy countryside and coastal views.  This light and airy, spacious house is a 10 minute walk  from the South West Coast Path and Trevone's two beaches - one sandy for surfing and sand castles and the other, ideal for rock pooling. A 20 minute stroll along the coast takes you to the larger Harlyn Bay where the Harlyn Surf School provides a range of sea based activities.  If you just want to relax in peace and quiet, the rear patio area is a real sun trap and a great place to enjoy al fresco living and dining - there are two farm shops nearby as well as Rick Steins fishmongers in Padstow so you'll be spoilt for choice.  But don't think Sundowners is only for the summer, the North Coast can be spectacular during the Autumn and Winter and what could be better than to return to the luxury underfloor heating provided and a cosy log effect gas fire in the lounge.

garden & parking: Parking at the front for 3 cars. Rear enclosed large patio with barbecue area, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, area for hanging wetsuits. Locked gated area for storing surfboards, bikes etc. Outdoor shower. 

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; gas c.h./hot water; living flame log effect gas fire lounge; underfloor heating throughout ground floor & shower rooms & en suite bathroom; heated towel rails in shower rooms and en suite bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Please order fixed beds in advance (6' topper and duvet  provided).

Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page
