Situated within a private secluded walled garden it makes a great place for families to stay throughout the year and also benefits from your very own privater garage for parking.

Kitchen & Utilities: Double Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Tall Slim Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher.

Outdoors: From the Kitchen there is are large patio doors which lead out onto a balcony with far reaching views. Hot and cold outdoor shower. 

Parking: Parking for 1 Car just outside the property at the top of Barnoon Hill (7’6” by 16ft and 6ft high).

Family facilities: Travel cot provided (cot linen not provided).

Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.

General: Gas central heating. 

Important notes: No smoking. WiFi provided. No pets.

    We had a fantastic holiday at Tregarthen. A spacious, detached house with garden and garage parking must be very rare (if not unique) in such a central location in St Ives, so it was ideal for our family.

    The location of Tregarthen is superb. The house is really lovely and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very good and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Note the freezer is tiny, it will not hold anything more than icecream or peas. The views over the bay are lovely. The balcony and patio doors leading onto the balcony really need a refurb, the patio windows and balcony need cleaning regularly they were filthy when we were there. U couldn’t sit on the balcony which is a shame it is covered in Seagull poo and not pleasant. But the location is second to none minutes from everywhere.

    We were able to have a lovely relaxed week due to the quality and availability of the facilities in such a beautiful home. The views are remarkable as is the beautiful garden. May be just not the ideal location for those with mobility issues
