This pet friendly property is located in the centre of St Ives, just a few minutes’ walk to the bustling harbour front and with the benefit of an allocated parking space in front of the property. 18 Trenwith Terrace offers open plan living and dining, with a separate modern kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, large double bedroom and family bathroom with bath and shower, ideally set up for a small family. A small private terrace is situated in front of the parking area; a perfect little spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Shops, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance, with the beautiful Porthminster beach and famous café less than half a mile away.

One private parking space directly in front of the property (please note that the road to the parking is very narrow). There is a small terrace in front of the parking space with a picnic bench, accessed via stone steps.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 15:00 – departure 10:00.
Pets: Maximum 1; £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bedding and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
