Breakers Point is an immaculate 3 storey family home in the Ayr area of St Ives. Provides parking, linen and wi-fi and sleeps 4.
A small front paved patio takes you to the front door; off the hall is a lounge with sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen/dining room. Stairs take you to the bathroom which has a shower cubicle, bath, toilet and whb. On this floor is a large bedroom with two single beds (can be made into one super king size bed - if required, please advise when booking) and distant views of the sea. More stairs take you to a bedroom with a 5' bed which has rooftop views of the sea looking one way and also views of the island looking the other way.
Facilities: Radio/iPod dock. Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided, but guests need to bring their own towels (please contact the St Ives office for hire details if required). parking at rear of house for 1 car only. Shops 2-3 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk downhill. No smoking property.
