About this property

Spring Cottage: open-plan downstairs with good contemporary fitted kitchen/dining room (slimline dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob), through to living room with beams, woodburner, TV/DVD, Wii and glazed door to the lawn. Stairs up to two bedrooms – a double with TV/DVD and views to Brown Willy and Rough Tor on Bodmin Moor, and a twin (2'6" beds); bathroom (suite, shower over bath). "Great little cottage. Lovely views and very peaceful. Handy for beaches to the North and South of Wadebridge."

  • Holidaymaker

"We have really enjoyed staying in this cottage a number of times over the last few years and it is almost like a second home. Ants have always been a problem and remain so. The seating in the lounge is not very comfortable and needs updating. It was quite cold when we stayed and a stand alone heater would have been a benefit. Overall though a very comfortable, well equipped and well sighted holiday home. "

  • Ian Girvan

"A pleasant, well-equipped cottage, but the chair and sofas do not appear to have been designed with the human frame in mind. No support for ones head and the sofas difficult for the slightly arthritic to get out of. Bathroom somewhat cramped, but otherwise, no complaints."
